Mom

The Materas called after the fallout with the babysitting and Liam and Regan's mom answered. They talked about something and then their mom suddenly got really stiff, like she was angry or surprised, but she didn't say anything. I wonder if Elise was telling their mom about what happened with Liam, and if their mom now knows about him. It's really interesting. I feel like that's what Elise said, but the mom didn't say anything about it, so I don't know.

    I wonder what Elise told the Mom. Was the mom like freaking out? What does the mom suspect of Liam?

    Doesn't the mom hate Elise? That could also be part of why she got so stiff.
    And I agree that there is a chance that the mom knows about Liam. Maybe she's so obsessed with her job to block out any unpleasant memories.

    I think Elise told the mom, and since the mom is always trying to get away from her family's problems, she just sees Liam's behavior as another problem in the family she doesn't want a part in.

    I wonder if Elise told the Mom that Regan wasn't welcome in her house anymore. If so, how do you think the Mom felt about that? The Mom didn't like Regan babysitting there...

    I think that Elise did tell the mom that Liam is TG, but the mom either didn't want to take part in the problem, was too busy with her job to care, or didn't want to hurt her son or upset her husband. I think one of the first two is probably more likely.
